What should be paid attention to when transporting DC screens?

For DC screens, proper transportation is very important. So what should be paid attention to when transporting DC screens?

 1. During transportation and installation, it is necessary to effectively protect the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, especially when installing the main busbar on the top of the cabinet. A hard board must be used to cover the top of the vacuum switch to prevent tools and screws from falling and damaging the arc extinguishing chamber. 

2. The installation foundation channel steel for parallel cabinets must be horizontal (with an allowable error of no more than 1mm per meter). When laying the foundation, it must be done according to regulations, and the channel steel should not be laid at an angle. 

3. The height of the handcart cabinet foundation should consider the convenience of entering and exiting the handcart, and no steps should be formed on the floor. Special attention should be paid to the operation surface, which must be flat and free of grooves to facilitate the movement of the circuit breaker handcart. 

4. The cabinet should not be bumped, especially when getting on and off the vehicle, as well as during transportation, to avoid deformation of the skeleton, or dents in the thin panel, and damage to the surface coating, which may affect the appearance.
