How to debug the DC screen?

  • Product Details

For DC screens, it is very important to carry out relevant testing work. So how to debug DC screens?

1. Check whether the wiring of the primary and secondary circuits is correct. The first step is to understand the errors, such as connecting the weak current interface to a strong current, connecting the DC signal instead of the AC signal, or short circuit faults.

2.To avoid the above factors, disconnect all circuit breakers and connect the AC power supply. Check whether the AC dual power switching device is operating normally and whether the outlet voltage of the dual power switching device is normal.

3. After verifying that the communication section is functioning properly, sequentially close the AC switches of the charging module, check if the module is functioning properly, and test the output voltage and polarity of the module.

4. After the charging module is recommended to operate normally and output voltage and polarity, turn on the battery pack switch and each bus switch, check whether the voltage and polarity of the battery pack's switch outlet, closing bus, and control bus are correct, and confirm the direction of the voltmeter.

5. Connect the feed out switch once and check whether the terminal voltage and voltage polarity corresponding to the feed out switch are correct.

6. The above content is the debugging of a circuit. After the testing and debugging of the above process is completed, the monitoring power can be turned on.

7. After the monitoring is powered on, check whether the monitoring flashes normally and whether each detection module is operating normally.

8.After the monitoring equipment is powered on normally, the first thing to check is the alarm information on the monitoring flash. If there is an alarm information, refer to the alarm information to find the relevant problem. If there is no alarm information, check the voltage value, current value with load, switch information, etc. that the monitoring equipment flashes.

9. After the analog and switch information on the monitoring system is checked and verified to be normal, the insulation alarm and branch grounding resistance of the DC bus can be checked. Generally, the 220V system can be checked with 25-100K resistors, and the 110V distribution system can be checked with 7-100K resistors.

10. Battery inspection and testing, it is best to connect batteries of regular routes to the battery inspection and test the overall power. If on-site conditions do not permit, single batteries can be inspected sequentially.

Therefore, DC screen testing should pay attention to these details.
